Familiar Staging is a private app for one person. It accesses that person's own Google Health data with a read-only OAuth grant: activity and fitness, health metrics and measurements, nutrition, and sleep.
The app uses that data to show the owner summaries of their own health. When it keeps records, it stores them on a server the owner runs. It does not sell the data and does not use it for advertising.
The data also remains in Google Health. The app does not give it to other people. A minimum summary can be sent to the owner's own ChatGPT account when the app's routing selects that cloud model, and a summary message can be sent through Discord. A model running on the owner's own network is not sent off that network.
This staging app does not keep a real health archive unless the owner explicitly puts a scrubbed copy there. The owner can revoke Google access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops further collection. The owner can delete copies stored on their server. Chat history and Discord messages are deleted in those services. Model traces kept by the app follow its retention period, which defaults to 90 days, and the owner can purge them sooner.
